My still life and landscape work is always done from life and on site. In landscape painting, this is sometimes referred to as painting en plein air. I aspire to capture the spirit and essence of the moment through the natural light and color that I see. Inspiration can be found anywhere just waiting to be noticed.  Many times a particular color or the way light falls on an object or landscape is all it takes to inspire a painting. Commissions are also accepted for favorite landscape views and particular still life objects.
